ReArch is a software analysis and visualization platform that combines forensic code analysis with AI to perform detailed analysis and virtual reconstruction of software systems. Lab34 provides ReArch as a tool for software analysis, visualization, and knowledge modeling. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful insights, the ultimate responsibility for software development decisions remains with you and your organization.

Licensing and Usage

1. ReArch is licensed, not sold, to you for use under the terms of this license agreement
2. Your license grants you the right to use ReArch for analyzing and visualizing your software systems
3. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of ReArch
4. You may not use ReArch for any illegal purpose or in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations
5. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

Intellectual Property

1. ReArch and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Lab34 and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
2. The analysis results and visualizations generated by ReArch based on your code remain your intellectual property
3. We do not claim ownership of your source code, version history, or configuration data
4. You grant us a limited license to process your code solely for the purpose of providing the ReArch services to you

Terms and Conditions Updates

1. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting to our website
2. Continued use of ReArch after changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the modified terms
3. Significant changes to the terms will be communicated to customers through email or in-app notifications
4. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should discontinue use of ReArch
